The process of apprentice recruitment can often act as a barrier to entry. A lack of knowledge about access to funding and how to recruit an apprentice means many companies don’t have an apprenticeship programme.
At CCCT, we aim to break down that barrier. We are here to help you recruit an apprentice as seamlessly as possible. We’ve placed over 2,000 apprentices with employers and are confident we can do the same for your business. Follow our guide to find out how.
As part of our one-stop apprenticeship provision, we offer a dedicated recruitment service, free of charge for employers. In an initial consultation, our recruitment experts will gain an understanding of your corporate objectives and talent management strategy; we will work with you to create a campaign that attracts the best candidates.
Our two founding colleges have a talent pool of around 27,000 candidates and we have a strong reputation for providing clear paths to work for learners. We manage the apprentice recruitment process for you – from writing the job specification to arranging your apprentice’s workplace induction.

Employer commitment consists of allowing apprentices to evidence 20% off the job training. Employers are also responsible to training in the workplace and paying the apprentice a wage (London Living). We will look at the Job Description the employer provides and discuss with Curriculum Managers to see which apprenticeship best fits the need of the employer. Once an apprenticeship has been identified we can move forward with enrolment.
