Apprentice - Property Maintenance Operative
To support the Customer and Property Management team in delivering the best experience for our residents by completing planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance activities in a timely and effective manner.
The successful candidate would be front of house, and sit on the reception desk. They would welcome all visitors to the office, ensuring everyone signed in and out of the office. They would ensure, car drivers, vehicles were logged onto the parking system. They would answer the telephone.
The Finance Apprentice will be responsible for several EMEA accounting functions and supporting Financial accountants with meeting reporting requirements and fulfilling some senior accounts payable and accounts receivable duties,
Working in a building that consists of 12 flats and 3 houses, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the communal areas and internal houses, including staircases, patios, hallways, lighting, doors, and any other maintenance duties as and when required.
In this role, you will be provided with the training and tools to work from a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and progress to Director level. You will be fully trained in all areas and have the opportunity to learn off experienced Consultants that have successfully been on the journey you are about to start.
- The purpose of the Training Coordinator Apprentice TfL is to ensure the continued growth of the business through the provision and coordination of high-quality training.
- Furthermore, this role will play a key role in promoting the training and courses available to external clients, and securing strong course attendance.
- Work within the manufacturing unit at Royal London Hospital and St. Barts Hospital making injectable medicines and chemotherapy.
- Have to adhere to Good Manufacturing practices and clean room guidelines
