This advanced apprenticeship is ideal for you if you are already in an administrative role. It will allow you to deepen your knowledge and develop your career. As the natural progression from level 2, the programme will allow you to build upon the skills you previously gained.
This Level 2 apprenticeship is designed for apprentices in existing customer service roles. It will enable you to develop strong customer service and communication skills and behaviours to provide a high level of customer care for your organisation.
If you are already working in the customer service industry then this Level 3 apprenticeship is ideal for you. It will build on your existing skills and give you an industry recognised qualification that supports your knowledge and professionalism in this sector.
On this apprenticeship will learn, develop and practise the skills required for employment and/or career progression in the facilities sector. You will also gain an industry recognised qualification giving you many options for the future.
This Level 5 apprenticeship is suitable for you if you are already in middle management. It is work-based learning, which means that you will remain in paid employment for the duration of your apprenticeship and receive high quality on the job training and support.
The Level 4 apprenticeship will give you the opportunity to be part of a cohort of learners on the same programme and will provide a progression route for you if you are wishing to enter, or further your career, in the project management profession.
