Care For Your Future will help you gain the skills and knowledge needed to work in health and social care in London.

You will gain a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification, enabling you to work in places such as care homes, hospices, hospitals and more.

• The adult social care workforce growth is proportionally projected to increase between 2020 and 2035, with an increase of 29%.
• Potential 490,000 extra jobs would be required by 2035.
• The number of adult social care jobs in England as at 2020/21 was estimated at 1.67 million – this has increased by around 2.8%

Care for Your Future will give you

  • Skills and knowledge to work in Health and Social Care
  • English and Maths skills
  • Level 2 and/or Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification
  • One-to-one mentoring support.
  • Helping participants to become work ready by supporting them with employability sessions, such as CV Writing; Interview Techniques, getting to know your desired work sector,
  • Communication Skills and Employment Rights and Responsibilities.
  • To support and drive participants to achieving goals and aspirations with clear SMART milestones with regular reviews
  • To prepare participants for employment, further education or apprenticeships
  • Helping participants secure either, apprenticeships , employment or further education.

  • A 3- week Care Certificate Classroom Based programme with guaranteed interviews at Regent’s Park centre part of Westminster Kingsway College
  • A 4- week Care Certificate Classroom Based programme with guaranteed interviews at Tottenham Centre
  • Online Level 2 Principles of Prevention & Infection Control in HSC
  • Online Full Level 2 Programme Health & Social care Level 2 Certificate in Preparation to work in Adult Social Care
  • Level 3 Mental Health and Communication
  • Complete Functional Skills where required
